 In today’s world, teaching children about integrity—doing what’s right even when no one is watching—is more important than ever. As an Indigenous author and storyteller, I’ve found that the wisdom passed down through our stories is one of the most powerful ways to nurture this value in young hearts.
My 21 Indigenous-themed books are rooted in the spiritual teachings of oneness, harmony, and responsibility. Here are five ways these stories help children understand and practice integrity, both in their own lives and within their communities: 1.
